 - Across Australia, the Working on Country program employs more than 680 Indigenous rangers in 95 teams working across the continent. In Queensland, where our research is based, such work includes biodiversity surveys, monitoring of threatened species and re-establishment of habitat, invasive plant and feral pest control and fire management.
