Indigenous art exhibition Who's Afraid of Colour redefining the genre
But an unprecedented exhibition of more than 100 female Indigenous artists at the National Gallery of Victoria is challenging what aboriginality and Aboriginal art is "meant" to look like. Paintings, photographs and video installations, alongside traditional woven objects and bark paintings, are among the more than 200 works on display in the Who's Afraid of Colour exhibition.
