Women take indigenous treaty process to Supreme Court - South Australia , Victoria and the Northern Territory are all moving to establish separate treaties with their Aboriginal language groups. The South Australian Labor government has appointed a treaty commissioner and in late 2016 allocated $4.4 million over five years to support the process.
